If you want to use your own credentials in sendings you make with INBOX, you have to follow one of 3 different ways. The first is to enter SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your hosting panel, the second is to direct DNS of your domain to our servers, and the third is to receive domain name service from INBOX. The first one is free.

Method 1 - SPF, DKIM and DMARC recording;

If you do not enter these records for the sending account you have defined on your INBOX panel, the system will use your e@inmsg.net domain as default. You can see how it works on the image below. We offer free of charge to take advantage of this service is completely your choice. We can say that SPF, DKIM and DMARC records have positive impact on your accessibility rates.

“You should get support from someone who has technical experience with DNS records in registering the relevant records in your hosting panel. Those who have not done this before will cause you to enter incorrect records and experience problems while sending your e-newsletters. If the records are entered correctly, your INBOX panel will appear green in the following screen image between 15 minutes and 4 hours.”

Method 2 - DNS routing;

If you do not have the infrastructure or technical staff to apply the first method we offer, you can get help from INBOX in different ways. If you have a domain name that you can use in your submissions, the necessary technical procedures will be applied by us if you forward this domain name to the DNS addresses we will forward to you. The annual fee for the DNS service is $ 99.

Method 3 - If you do not want to deal with any technical process;

INBOX can help you if you do not have the time to deal with the technical details or if you do not have the technical team you can get support. We will buy a domain name for you and host it on our own DNS servers, and we can make the necessary settings for you. Domain purchase and DNS host services cost $ 120 annually.
